Interested in helping out with the Stride for Aggie Pride 5K? There are many ways to get involved to support the dedicated group of students and staff organizing the event. If you're interested in volunteering as a group, only one form is needed.
Examples of volunteer duties include Quad setup, loading/unloading, bag check, water station help, and encouraging participants.
You’ll be contacted closer to the date of the event to sign up for different shifts. Tentative volunteer shifts are:
- 6:30 a.m.–9 a.m. Setup
- 7:30 a.m.–9:30 a.m. Packet pickup
- 9 a.m.–11 a.m. Run/walk course
- 11 a.m.–1 p.m. Post-race cleanup
To help ensure that day-of operations run smoothly, we ask that volunteers not participate in the run/walk. (Active link coming soon).
